Return and Refund Policy

Returns At A Glance

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Restocking Charge: None
  • Refund Turnaround: Within 7 days
  • Return Postage: Covered by the customer

When A Return Can Be Accepted
You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date. To get started, email support@salorne.com with your order details. Returned items must be unused and sent back with the original packaging and tags still attached. Returns that arrive after the 30-day window can’t be accepted.

Sending Your Return
Email us first with your order number and the reason you’d like to return the item, as parcels sent back without approval may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we’ll reply with the return address and clear instructions. Please package the item securely so it arrives back in good order, then arrange return shipping at your own cost.

Refund Processing
Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over and process a refund to the original payment method within 7 days. We don’t apply restocking charges, so nothing is deducted for that.

Exchanging An Item
If you’d prefer an exchange, email us with what you’d like instead (for example, another size). We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

Changing Your Mind
If you need to cancel, email us at support@salorne.com as quickly as you can. Once an order has entered preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.

Problems or Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the items when they arrived, please take photos and email them to support@salorne.com. We’ll have a look and figure out next steps, including a replacement if appropriate.
