How Your Parcel Moves
After you check out, we’ll send an email to confirm your order has been received and is being prepared. This preparation stage takes 0 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday). When your parcel is sent out, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking. You can follow progress at any time here.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery takes 6 - 10 working days (Monday - Friday).
Free Delivery
All deliveries within the United Kingdom are free of charge.
If Things Run Late
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the timeframe above, please allow a further 2 working days (Monday - Friday) and check the tracking updates first. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Changing Your Mind
If you need to cancel, email us at support@salorne.com as quickly as you can. Once an order has entered preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.
Problems or Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the items when they arrived, please take photos and email them to support@salorne.com. We’ll have a look and figure out next steps, including a replacement if appropriate.

We send orders with DPD. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your delivery address and the shipping option selected at checkout.
